摘要
产业集群能够产生技术创新的集群效应 ,带来区域创新优势 ,国外许多学者从不同的理论视角对此作了考察和分析 ,提出了一些非常有意义的观点 。
Industrial cluster creates innovative cluster-effect, brings about the advantage of regional innovation,which has been inspected and analyzed from various of perspectives by several overseas researchers.They also have presented some insightful viewpoints,which significantly influence our researches on the problems of enterprises' innovative organizations and regional innovation.
