Analysis of the Failure on Corrugated Pipe of Turbogenerator

针对汽轮发电机的波纹管发生断裂事例 ,对材质、金相组织、断口和测振情况分析后认为 :断裂是因波纹管外壁受到过机械损伤 ,成为应力集中的裂纹策源中心 ,在长期的低应力运行中 ,裂纹逐渐扩展 。

Based on the analysis of material,metallographical structure,tear and vibration measurement,it was concluded that the disruption of corrugated pipe was caused by the mechanical damage of its outer surface.This damage resulted in a stress accumulation and formed a defective source which expanded under the low stress during long time operation and led to a disruption finally.
