摘要
本文以我国某市数字高清晰度电视产业化竞争力评估及对策研究为例 ,介绍了SWOT分析方法的应用过程 ,包括在调查研究的基础上建立指标体系 ,S、W、O、T各要素的确定 ,系统分析 。
This article introduces the complete process of SWOT applying in a competitive intelligence project that evaluates the competitiveness of HDTV industrialization of a city in China,including establishing parameter system on the basis of marketing research,selecting strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,analyzing the influences of these factors,then putting forward the competitive strategy.
