摘要
对于高校体育专业不会游泳的学生来说 ,要通过普修游泳课教学、考试 ,达到普修游泳教学大纲规定的及格目标 ,是一大难关 .因此 ,如何利用好游泳实践课规定的教学时数 ,发挥最大的效益 ,尽快排除学生的怕水心理 ,教会学生游泳 ,帮助学生度过“极点”关 ,值得我们游泳教师进行认真的探讨 .
For the students of physical education department in university who don't know how to swim,it is quite difficult to pass the examination stipulated by the common swimming teaching outline.Only by teaching and learning of the common swimming course,can they do it.So,it is important for the swimming teacher to probe into seriously how to use the fixed lesson of the common swimming practising course to overcome the students' fearful psychology of water as soon as possible,and to let the students know how to swim,to help them to pass the 'culmination'.
