战略联盟竞争优势的保存机制研究

The Study about the Preserved Mechanism of the Competitive Advantage of Strategy Alliance

对竞争优势的保存机制一些学者已从不同的侧面进行了研究 ,有组织结构学派、资源学派等。但对战略联盟竞争优势的保存机制研究却较少 ,本文在吸收前人研究的有益成果的基础上 ,对战略联盟的竞争优势的保存机制进行了总结与扩展 ,提出了成本壁垒机制、价值创造壁垒机制、稀缺壁垒机制。

Some scholars have studied the preserved mechanism of competitive advantage There are some different views on this subject,for example,the view of organization structure and the resource-based view But few scholars studied the preserved mechanism of strategy alliance's competitive advantage In this study,we summed up and expanded the precursor's studying on strategy alliance's competitive advantage In our opinion, there are four preserved mechanisms:mechanism of value creation barrier, mechanism of partner scarcity, resource indivisibility mechanism and cost barrier mechanism
