摘要
精神损害赔偿金额的标准和数额是当前审判实践中的一个最为棘手又亟待解决的问题。要正确地确定精神损害赔偿的数额 ,必须综合考虑各种因素 ,遵循适当经济补偿。
How to determine the standard and amount of money of compensation for mental damage is a knotty problem at present.In order to resolve the urgent problem,we should take an overall consideration of miscellaneous factors while abiding by the principles of equality and fairness with adequate amount of economic compensation.
