摘要
素质教育是我国教育改革的主要方向 ,高等院校是培养大批科技人才的主要基地。本文从科技人才素质结构出发 。
University is the main base area to bring up large groups of science and technology talents.In this paper,the teacher's active effort on basic quality education,the present trend of China's educational reform, is discussed on the basis of the human quality structure.
