针对我国目前严重的环境问题 ,必须采取有效措施加强环境保护。在制定经济和社会发展目标时 ,要考虑环境问题 ;要依靠科学治理环境 ;加强管理 ,加大执法力度 ;要大力宣传 ,提高全民环境保护意识。

To counter the present serious environment problem of our contry, it is necessary to take the active messure to protect environment .Also when we make the economy and social developmental plan ,we must conside environmental problem. In the administration of environment we should rely on science; strengthen the management; enforcement and make effort to propaganda. Also we should make effort to deepen people's awareness to protect environment.
