新形势下社区文明建设尤为重要。高校在占有人才优势和知识优势的前提下 ,应急党政所急 ,尽团员所能 ,组织团员青年志愿者参与社区活动 ,为青年文明社区建设作贡献 ,充分发挥其在社区两个文明建设中的生力军作用。本文对建设文明社区的重要性、高校共建的优越性。

The new situation lays more emphasis on the civilization construction of communities. Basing on the premise of the advantage of their personnel and knowledge, institutions of higher learning are eager to meet the needs of the Party and encourage the league members to do to the best of their abilities. They organize Youth League member volunteers to participate in community activity, make contributions to the construction of Youth civilization Community and make themselves as fresh and combat-worthy troops in two civilization construction of communities. This article discusses about the importance of civilization construction of communities, the advantages, contents and effects of the co-construction and the problems we meet with.
