摘要
提出了单回路水平排列线路三相不平衡电容引起的中相电位升高及中相的邻近效应是鸟害事故多发生于中相的主要因素,通过对绝缘子串在运行环境中每片绝缘子闪络概率的分析,发现靠近导线的第一、二片绝缘子,由于承受的电压高,吸附的盐密大,在湿雾天气下发生导线侧绝缘子闪络,是鸟害事故及其它不明跳闸事故的主要原因。提出了在靠近导线侧绝缘子加装均压装置或更换污闪电压高的长棒型绝缘子等防护措施。
The increase in neutral phase potential and the neighboring effect of neutral phase resulting from the three-phase imbalance capacity of single-loop horizontally-arramged lines are identified as the primary cause for the trip-offs caused by birds over the neutral phase. The analysis of scintillation probability for each and every insulasor in the insulator cluster during operation indicates that scintillation occurs on the first and second insulators at the side of lines on wet and foggy days for high voltage applied and high absorbed salt density are the main causes for trip-offs caused by birds or trip-offs for unidentified reasons. The corrective actions suggested include addition of pressure equalizers to insulators at the side of power lines and replacement of slender insulators.
