火电厂曾采用传统的刷镀工艺 ,对汽轮机缸体密封面进行修复 ,由于没有解决原有镀层上的补镀问题 ,渗漏现象依然存在文中介绍了一种先进的刷镀工艺 ,提高了镀层与基体的结合力 。

The restoration of sealing surface of turbine cylinder formerly adopts the conventional brush plating technique.Due to the poor adhesion between new plating and the old one,the leakage problem can not be solved satisfactorily.A new advanced brush plating technique was introduced.This technique can enhance the adhesion of plating and can solve the leakage problem completely.
