摘要
用烧结熔渗法制备 Cu W电触头材料 ,采用扫描电镜 (SEM)和 X-射线衍射仪 (XRD)分析固溶时效处理前后的组织与性能的变化。结果表明 ,热处理后组织分布更加均匀、致密 ,电导率和硬度也有明显提高。
Cu-W electrical contact materials was fabricated by sintering-infiltration method.The mic- rostructure and properties of Cu-W alloy was tested in solution and aged treatments by SEM and XRD.The results show that the distribution becomes evener than before in the microstructure,the hardness and electrical conductivity were raised remarkably after the process of heat treatment.
