摘要
目的 :探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ 1型受体 (ATIR)基因多态性与高血压左室肥厚 (LVH)的关系。方法 :对139例原发性高血压 (EH)患者 ,采用二维超声心动图检测有无LVH ,同时作 2 4h动态血压监测 ,采血用PCR法检测AT 1R基因A 116 6C多态性。6 3例正常人作基因频率检测。结果 :①EHLVH(+)与LVH(- )两组动态血压指标除夜间平均收缩压、舒张压 (SBP、DBP)、平均动脉压 (MAP)差异有显著性意义外 ,2 4h及白天平均SBP、DBP、MAP两组间差异均无显著性意义 ;②EHLVH(+)组C等位基因频率明显高于LVH(- )组 ,LVH(+)组AC或CC基因型明显高于LVH(- )组 ;③ 6 3例正常人C等位基因频率C为 4 %。结论 :AT1R基因A 116 6C基因多态性与EHLVH明显相关。东方人与西方人AT1R基因频率分布不同。
Objective:To study the polymorphism of angiotensin II type I receptor (AT1R) in hypertensive patients with left ventricle hypertrophy Method: Seventy eight hypertensive patients with LVH, 61 without LVH and 63 normal subjects were involved. LVH was meassured by two dimensionally guided M mode echocardiography.The hypertensive subjects were monitored by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM). The genotypes of the A1166C variation at the 3' untranslated region (3' UTR) of AT1R gene were determined by using PCR/DdeI restriction endonudease digestion.Result: ①Except the mean levels of SBP, DBP, MAP at nighttime, there were no significant differences in the mean levels of SBP, DBP, and MAP at daytime and 24 hours between LVH (+) group and LVH ( ) group. ②The frequency of the C allele was higher in the group of LVH(+) than that in the group of LVH ( ), the genotype of AC or CC were higher in the group of LVH (+) than that in the group of LVH ( ). ③C allele frequences were 4% in 63 normal subjects.Conclusion: A significant relationship has been found between the polymorphism of the AT1R gene and LVH, LVH is related to the C allele.
