自体大隐静脉移植治疗周围血管损伤22例分析

Analysis of self-great saphenous vein transplantation in 22 cases with peripheral vascular injury

目的:探讨周围血管损伤自体大隐静脉移植治疗的方法、适应证和治疗效果。 方法:回顾性分析 2 2例周围血管损伤自体大隐静脉移植治疗的临床资料 ,并阐述了术中注意事项 ,提出最佳手术时机及预后情况。 结果 :2 2例均采用自体大隐静脉移植 ,痊愈 19例 (86 .4 % ) ,截肢 3例 (13.6 % )。 2 2例患者无死亡 ,随访 2～ 9年 ,2 0例肢体功能恢复满意 ,2例移植段狭窄 ,但肢体功能良好。 结论:自体大隐静脉移植是治疗周围血管损伤行之有效的方法之一 ,血管吻合的时间应在 2 4 h以内 ,最佳为

Objective: To evaluate methods, indications and effect of self great saphenous vein transplantation in peripheral vascular injury. Methods: Self great saphenous vein transplantation in 22 cases with peripheral vascular injury were analyzed retrospectively. Some announcements on surgery, the best time of vascular anastomosis and recovery in detail, were roported. Results: All cases were performed by self great saphenous vein transplantation, 19 cured (86.4%), 3 amputated (13.6%) and no death. Follow up from 2 to 9 years showed 20 cases being good functional restoration of limb, 2 cases graft constricted but functioning well. Conclusions: Self great saphenous vein transplantation is one of effective methods in treatment of peripheral vascular injury, the time of vascular anastomosis should be in 24 hours, and the best time should be in 8 hours.
