桥脑血肿的诊断及外科治疗

Diagnosis and surgical treatment of pons hematoma

目的 :探讨桥脑血肿的诊断及外科手术原则。方法 :对本院神经外科 1993～ 1999年进行手术的 7例桥脑血肿患者临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果 :7例患者中术后死亡 1例 ,6例症状均有不同程度的改善 ,复查 CT或 MRI,血肿消失 ,桥脑形态明显改善。结论 :桥脑血肿直径大于 2 .0 cm者应首选手术清除血肿 。

Objective: To ivestigate the diagnosis and surgical management of pons hematoma. Methods: From 1993 to 1999, clinical studies of 7 cases with pons hematoma were reviewed retrospectively. Results: The 7 cases were treated by surgical operation. One case died after operation,and 6 cases had symptomatic improvement respectively.By CT and MRI,the pons hematoma disappeared and the tissue structure of pons brain was well. Conclusion: The pons hematoma of more than 2 cm diameter should be firstly chosen by surgical intervention. The results of surgical treatment in patients with pons hematoma are good.
