摘要
目的 :探讨天灸抗化疗骨髓抑制的作用机理。方法 :利用环磷酰胺小鼠模型 ,通过斑蝥酊天灸“大椎”、“肾俞”、“足三里”等穴 ,观察其对小鼠白细胞、骨髓有核细胞、脾指数及粒细胞 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM CSF)的作用。结果 :环磷酰胺化疗可以引起小鼠严重的骨髓抑制 ,可见骨髓有核细胞和白细胞计数明显减少 ,脾指数减低 ;使腹腔巨噬细胞(MΦ)产生GM CSF的能力显著降低。天灸“大椎”、“肾俞”、“足三里”穴 ,对化疗骨髓抑制有明显的改善作用 ,可以显著增加骨髓有核细胞和白细胞计数 ,增加脾指数 ;对腹腔巨噬细胞产生GM CSF的能力有显著的增强作用。结论
Objective:To discuss the action mechanism of crude herb moxibustion on the bone marrow inhibition in mice treated by cyclophosphamide(CTX).Method:Using the model of CTX mice,on'Dazhui','Shenshu'and'Zusanli'by crude herb moxibustion with cantharis anhydro preparation,examine the effect on the number of karyocyte of bone marrow and WBC and spleen index and the production ability of GM CSF by abdominal cavity macrophage.Result:CTX can cause serious bone marrow inhibition of mouse,decrease significantly the number of karyocyte of bone marrow and WBC and spleen index and the production ability of GM CSF by abdominal cavity macrophage.The crude herb moxibustion on'Dazhui','Shenshu'and'Zusanli'has significant effect on bone marrow inhibition caused by CTX chemotherapy.It can increase the number of karyocyte of bone marrow and WBC and spleen index significantly.It can also strengthen abdominal cavity macrophage cell to produce GM CSF.Conclusion:this research result has direction on clinic using crude herb moxibustion to treat bone marrow inhibition caused by chemotherapy.
