电针、牵引配合手法分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Treat Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion(LIDP)by Electric Acupuncture,Traction and Tuina in Different Stages

采用分组对照的方法对电针、牵引配合推拿复位手法分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症进行了临床观察。结果显示在腰椎间盘突出症的早期 ,治疗上采用以电针和牵引为主 ;在中后期 ,以推拿手法复位法为主 ,同时配合电针和骨盆牵引的分期治疗方法 ,能大大地提高腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。

The author made a clinical observation on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by electric acupuncture,traction and Tuina in different stages among three groups.The results show that the therapy of electric acupuncture with traction mainly applied for the early stage and Tuina combined by electric acupuncture and traction for the middle later stage can greatly improve the therapeutic effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
