摘要
目的 :研究独活的化学成分并建立提取方法。方法 :采用超临界CO2 -分子蒸馏技术对独活化学成分进行萃取与分离 ,并对其提取物和蒸出物进行GC -MS分析。结果 :从超临界CO2 萃取物和蒸山物中分别得到 3 7种和 2 9种成分。结论 :用超临界CO2 -分子蒸馏技术提取独活化学成分是一种先进合理的提取方法。
Objective: To study the active principles of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis and to set up a extraction method. Methods: Active principles from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis were extracted by CO 2 supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and separated by molecular distillation (MD). The constituents of extract and distillate were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Results: 37 compounds were identified from the extract by SFE and 29 compounds from the distillate. Conclusion: CO 2 SFE MD is a modern method for the extrection of active principles from Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.
