摘要
用锰 2 80 .1 nm次灵敏线火焰原子吸收光谱法测定茶叶中锰的分析方法 ,解决了以往高锰样品测定中 ,由于称样量小、稀释倍数过大所引起的分析误差。方法简便、快速、实用。应用本法测定茶叶及茶叶和桃叶标准样品 ,获得满意结果。
A method for the direct determination of manganese in tea using hypo-sensitive wavelength by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was developed.test solution is introduced into air-acetylene flame directly without dilution and manganese in the samples are determined.The results show that the method is simple,rapid,useful with no interference.The linear range is 0~12 μg·ml -1 .The relative standard deviation is 0.21%and the recovery is 97.2%~101%.It has been applied to the determination of manganese in tea,standard tea and peach leaf samples,and a good agreement was achieved.
