硫氧还蛋白系统研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 硫氧还蛋白系统包括硫氧还蛋白、硫氧还蛋白还原酶、NADPH,是一个有效的蛋白还原系统 ,在机体氧化还原调节和抗氧化防御中起重要的作用 ,在细胞增殖和生存过程中同样发挥重要的调节作用。其中 ,硫氧还蛋白还原酶是一种新发现的含硒酶 ,此酶的活性与体内硒含量密切相关。
