胰胆管十二指肠连接区癌的CT诊断

CT diagnosis for carcinoma at pancreaticobiliary ductal and duodenal union

目的 探讨胰胆管十二指肠连接区 (Pancreaticobiliaryductalandduodenalunion ,PDDU)癌的CT的表现。方法 对照分析3 6例PDDU癌的CT表现和手术、病理资料。结果 乳头型 2 0例 ,管腔内型 6例 ,混合型 10例 ;CT主要表现有软组织肿块、十二指肠肠壁局限性增厚和共同管、胆总管和胰管扩张等。结论 多数PDDU癌经CT检查可作出正确诊断。

Objective To study CT findings in carcinomas at pancreaticobiliary ductal and duodenal union (PDDU). Methods CT features of carcinomas at PDDU were analyzed and correlated with their pathological characteristics. Results Among 36 cases studied, 20 were papilloma,6 were ductal type, and 10 were mixed types. CT features included masses of soft tissue, localized thickening of duodenal wall and expansion of common duct, common bile duct and pancreatic duct. Conclusion Most cases of PDDU can be diagnosed accurately by CT examination.
