腮腺区病变的CT诊断

CT in diagnosis of parotid diseases

目的 评价CT对腮腺区病变的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的 5 6例腮腺病变的CT表现。结果 先天性病变 12例 ,良性肿瘤 3 2例 ,恶性肿瘤 9例 ,脓肿 3例 ,CT均能准确定位。多数病变CT能准确定性 ,对低度恶性肿瘤和良性肿瘤难以鉴别。结论 CT对腮腺病变的定位。

Objective To evaluate the CT value in the diagnosis of parotid diseases. Methods CT findings of 56 cases of parotid diseases proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. Results Twelve cases were congenital lesions, 32 benign tumors, 9 malignant tumors and 3 abscesses. All of them were localized and most of them were qualified by CT scanning. It was difficult to differentiate low-grade malignant tumors from benign tumors with CT. Conclusion CT has significant value in localizing and qualifying diagnosis in parotid diseases.
