摘要
目的 评价全自动尿沉渣分析仪用于区别“肾小球性”及“非肾小球性”血尿的价值 .方法 用UF 10 0全自动分析仪对 2 41例血尿患者进行了 478次新鲜尿沉渣分析。结果 2 0 3例经肾穿刺确诊为肾小球病变的患者中 ,尿红细胞分类以非均一性红细胞为主者占 94 5 % ;3 8例非肾小球血尿患者均一性红细胞为主者占 77 9%。结论 UF 10 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪通过检测尿红细胞均一性和非均一性来鉴别血尿来源具有一定的过筛作用。
Objective To evaluate the Sysmex UF 100 automated urinalysis analyzer in the detection of urinary red cell morphology for the diagnosis of glomerular and nonglomerualr diseases. Methods The Sysmex UF 100 automated flow cytometer was used to examine 478 samples of urine sediments from 241 patients with hematuria. Results Dysmorphic red cells were found in 317 of 401 urine specimens from the patients with glomerular disease after the confirmation of renal biopsy, and isomorphic red in 60 of 77 urine specimens from the patients with biopsy proved nonglomerular disease. This device had a sensitivity of 100% for predicting glomerular hematuria, and a specificity of 77 9%. Conclusion These results suggested urinary red cell morphology examined by Sysmex UF 100 automated flow cytometer can be used to indicate the source of hematuria to determine the glomerular and nonglomerular diseases.
