摘要
目的 探讨不同剂量的氟碳声学造影剂在正常肾脏显影中的增强效果与变化规律。方法 10只健康新西兰白兔经耳缘静脉注射氟碳声学造影剂 ,剂量水平分别为 0 0 1、0 0 2、0 0 4ml/kg ,用基波显像 (FI)及二次谐波显像 (SHI)观察肾脏造影增强效果。结果 3种剂量水平均可使肾皮质明显增强 ,尤其以二次谐波显像强烈。除了SHI组 0 0 4水平有显著差异外 ,剂量 效应关系不敏感。FI造影中产生明显的声影伪像 ,而SHI在低剂量水平 (0 0 1、0 0 2ml/kg)避免了声影出现。结论 低剂量水平的造影剂即可实现显著的肾脏造影效果 。
Objective To assess the relationship of doses with enhancement effects of contrast agent in ultrasonography for normal kidney. Methods Perfluorocarbon ultrasound agent were administered to 10 normal rabbits through ear veins at 0.01, 0.02, 0.04 ml/kg, respectively. Second harmonic imaging (SHI) and fundamental imaging (FI) were performed on right kidney. Results The gray scales of normal kidney parenchyma were significantly enhanced with the 3 different doses, especially in second harmonic images. The dose enhanced effect relationship varied insensitively except in 0.04 ml/kg of SHI. The acoustic shadows of contrast kidney were visualized in all doses with FI, and were only observed in 0.04 ml/kg in SHI. Conclusion Perfluorocarbon ultrasound agent remarkably improves normal kidney even at low dose, and SHI avoids the influence of acoustic shadow.
