摘要
目的 :前期研究结果证明黑曲霉具有提高小鼠耐缺氧和耐热作用 ,在此基础上 ,我们进一步研究了黑曲霉对小鼠的耐低温和提高耐力作用。方法 :随机分组 ,设给药组、空白对照组和阳性对照组 (红参 ) ,实验时分别灌服黑曲霉、生理盐水和红参。疗程结束后对实验动物进行耐低温试验和游泳试验。结果 :黑曲霉能显著延长实验小鼠在低温环境 (- 10℃ )下的存活时间 ,可明显提高耐力 ,作用强度大于红参。结论 :黑曲霉对实验动物具有提高耐低温和耐力作用 ,具有进一步开发利用的前景。
Objective: The following study was carried out on the basis of the previous findings that Aspergillus niger could imperove rats' function in resisting hypoxia and heat. Methods: The subjects were divided into three groups at random: drug giving, bland and positive control. They were given Aspergillus niger, Normal saline(NS) and red ginseng respectively, then tested in cold resistance and swimming. Results: The results showed that Aspergillus niger could remarkably extend the rats' living time in low temperature situation (-10℃), improve their endurance greatly and its intensity was stronger than that of red ginseng.
