慢性便秘结肠运输试验临床应用分析(附31例报告)

ANALYSIS OF CLINICAL PRACTICE ON CHRONIC COMSTIPATION COLONIC TRANSIT TESTS

目的 :通过对 31例慢性便秘 (CC)结肠运输试验的临床观察 ,分析结肠运输障碍原因 ,为临床治疗慢性便秘提供客观理论依据。方法 :自 1998年 8月起 ,对 31例 CC患者行结肠运输试验并分别试行治疗。结果 :5例结肠运输功能正常 ,9例结肠运输相对延缓 ,7例结肠运输绝对延缓 ,10例结肠运输正常但直、乙结肠运输时间延长。据此分别进行不同的治疗 ,取得较好的治疗效果。结论 :结肠运输试验对确定慢性便秘病因和治疗有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective: Based on the clinical observation of 31 cases of chronic comstipation colonic transit tests, we analyse the reason why coloic transit gets obstructed and accordingly, we can provide objective basis theoretically for clinical treatments of chronic comstipation Methods: Since August, 1998 colonic transit tests are made on 31 cases of chronic comstipation patients and different treatments are given for different cases respectively Results: Among the 31 cases, 5 cases junction well, 9 cases were comparatively delayed, 7 cases were absolutely delayed, 10 cases work normally, but the processes of rectum and sigmoid colonic transit were prolonged According to different cases we treated them respectively and therefore better clinical effects were produced Conclusion: The colonic transit tests can produce a valuable clinical practice on determining the causes and treatrments of chronic comstipation
