摘要
目的 :探讨仿 parks术式在低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用价值。方法 :对 1991年至 2 0 0 1年间 2 8例患者的治疗过程及结果进行回顾性分析。结果 :全组无手术死亡 ,吻合口瘘发生率为 7.1% ,肛周粪渍性湿疹占 2 8.5 % ,术后 6个月肛门功能恢复满意。结论 :仿 Parks术式简单实用 。
