Norplant皮下埋植避孕500例卵泡发育的B超监测分析

B-mode Uitrasound Observation and Analysis of Ovarian Follicle Development after Norplant Implantation for Contra-ception in 500 cases

目的 通过B超观测Norplant皮下埋植避孕法对卵泡发育的影响。方法 对 5 0 0例Norplant皮埋的妇女按月经情况分为月经规律组、紊乱组、闭经组 ,从月经周期第 8天或就诊之日起行B超监测。结果 卵泡发育成熟并排卵 15 0例 ,占 30 % ,卵泡持续存在而无排卵 2 18例 ,占 5 6 2 % ,无卵泡发育 6 9例 ,占 13 9%。结论 Norplant具有较强的抑制排卵作用 ,妊娠率低。具有高效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of development of ovarian follicle after Norplant implantation for contraception by B mode ultrasound Methods The women of 500 cases with Norplant implantation,according to their condition of menses,were devided into three groups:normal,menorrhea disorder and amenorrhea The observation started from the day of menstrual cycle 8th or the day they went to hos pital Results 150 cases had development of ovarian follicle and ovulation(30%),218 cases had not ovulation but existence of ovarian follicle (56 2%),69 cases had not development of ovarian follicle at all(13 8%) Conclusions Norplant played an im portant role in holding ovulation It was marked by high quality?long action and low side effect The rate of pregnancy was low
