天然免疫中Toll/IL-1R的作用 被引量:1

摘要 天然免疫是生物最基本的防御机制,可以迅速清除感染源,控制感染,天然免疫早期阶段出现的一些分子对建立获得性免疫有重要影响。通过对果蝇和大鼠进行遗传学研究,发现Toll/IL-1R家族蛋白质在天然免疫反应中起重要作用。
