低能量氦氖(He-Ne)激光对贮存血血液流变学特性影响的实验研究

摘要 目的 试图通过低能量He Ne激光照射的方法探讨改善库存血质量的可能性。方法 用低能量He Ne激光照射分为实验及对照组的献血员血标本 ,每天 1次 ,连续 5天。并于采血后 0、3、7、14、2 1天测定血液流变学指标和红细胞参数的变化。结果 全血粘度照射后维持在照射前水平并显著低于对照值。血浆粘度也显著低于对照值 ,全血还原粘度变化不显著。红细胞变形指数则比照射前和对照组显著升高 ,红细胞聚集指数与对照组和照射前比下降显著。结论 低能量He Ne激光照射可显著改善贮存血血液流变学特性并提高红细胞的变形能力 。 Objective To investigate the ability of improving quaility of stored blood by irradiating with low energy helium neon (He Ne) laser.?Methods Blood samples from donator were divided into two groups(control and irradiation group).Blood from donor was irradiated with He Ne laser 1 time each day for 5 days. The parameters of hemorheology and red blood cells were determined on day 0, 3, 7, 14,and 21 after blood sampling.?All blood samples were stored in refrigerator according to regular methods.?Results The viscosity of whole blood was kept at same level as that of day 0 during all the time periods after irradiration and was significantly lower than that found in control group. The viscosity of plasma was also markedly lower than that of the control group. However, the reduction of viscosity of whole blood did not significantly changed. The indices of erythrocyte deformation increased after irradiation and was higher than the control group.The indices of erythrocyte aggregation were lower than that found in day 0 and the control group.?Conclusion Low energy He Ne laser can significantly improve the hemorheology characteristics, increase the ability of erythrocyte deformation and decrease the erythrocyte aggregation.
