摘要
目的 建立一种实用的快速海马电点燃癫痫模型的改良方法。方法 利用频率 16Hz ,波宽 1.0ms,串长 10s,串间间隔 5min ,电流强度 2 0 0~ 6 0 0 μA的恒流脉冲电刺激青春期大鼠海马。 结果 通过改进实验条件和刺激参数等方法 ,90 %的大鼠可在 0 .5~ 3.5h内被点燃。点燃鼠痫性行为级数可达Ⅴ~Ⅶ级。结论 本方法更简便、快捷、可重复性好 ,能较好克服大鼠对电刺激的适应性 。
Objective To establish an improved, practical rapidly kindling model.Methods the hippocampus of 20 adolescent wistar rat were stimulated by constant pulsating current with intratrain frequency of 16Hz, pulsating duration of 1.0ms, train duration of 10s and interstimulus intervals of 5 minutes.Results The results showed that the percentage of kindled animal was 90% and all of them could be kindled in 0.5~3.5 hours. Their seizure score could reach to Ⅴ~Ⅶ.Conclusions The improved method of kindling was quick, simple and reproducible, it could increase the rate of kindling for better overcoming the adaptation of rats to stimulation.
