姜黄煎剂对小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的调节作用

Modulation action of chinese medicine curcuma longa compound agent on murine NK cell's killing activity

目的 研究姜黄对免疫低下小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性的调节作用。方法 制备荷S180移植肿瘤模型和环磷酰胺制备免疫低下模型 ,用阳性对照药云芝肝泰和姜黄煎剂灌胃进行免疫治疗。采用LDH释放法检测小鼠NK细胞杀伤活性。结果 不同浓度姜黄煎剂治疗荷瘤小鼠后 ,其NK活性分别为 2 3.5 3%± 4 .15 %和 2 0 .6 6 %± 4 .32 % ,接近于阳性对照组的 2 3.98%± 4 .0 2 % ,显著高于荷瘤对照组的 16 .32 %± 5 .1%。高浓度姜黄煎剂治疗免疫低下小鼠后 ,其NK活性为 2 5 .0 9%± 6 .4 3% ,接近阳性对照组的 2 5 .94 %± 4 .89% ,显著高于免疫低下对照组17.6 0 %± 6 .6 1% ,并均达到正常小鼠水平。

Objective To study the adjustmedt function of the Curcuma longa preparation on NK cell's killing activity os the low immunity mice and offer an evidence to develop this preparation.Methods to make two models beforehand:one was the mice of translated tumor with S180, another was the mice of low immunity with cyclophosphoramide (CTX). And then to treat the positive conteolgroup with Yun Zhi Gan Tai and the different dosages groups of Curcuma longa by ig, with the method of LDH relesse to test murine NK cell's killing activity.Results to treat the tumor-loaded mice with the Curcume longa different dosages, the NK activity was 23.53%±4.15% and 20.66%±4.32%respectively. They were almost the same as 23.98%±4.02% which was in the positive control group. And they were also greatly above 16.32%±5.10% which was in the tumor-loaded group. Treated with 500% Curcuma longa, the NK activity of the low immunity mice was 25.09%±6.43%. It was greatly above 17.60%±6.61%. which was in the low immunity group. And it reached the level of the normol mice.Conclusions Curcuma longa has the regulative function to raise the Nk activity of the low immunity mice.
