不同防龋涂膜对形成电化学人工龋效果的实验研究

Studying the contrast results in inhibiting the formation of electrochemical artificial caries in the differen anti caries varnish

目的 观察几种防龋涂膜抗电化学人工龋形成和发展的能力 ,筛选出实验室里防龋效果较好的涂膜。方法 将实验牙随机分入不同的防龋材料及空白对照组 ,用电化学人工龋模型 ,观察电化学人工龋的形成和发展。结果 FCTMV(加氟的中药防龋涂膜 )是实验中发现的抗电化学人工龋效果最好的防龋涂膜。结论 绝缘作用加上氟的药物作用 。

Objective The aim of the study was to investigate resules in inhibiting the formation of electrochemical artificial caries in differen anti caries varnish.Methods Sixty teeth were divided randomly into four groups:control group(Ⅳ),FP group(Ⅰ),CTMV group(Ⅱ),FCTMV group(Ⅲ),we made the model of electrochemical artificial dental caries for testing results.Results Among three anti caries varnish used in the experiment,FCTMV(2.5%NaF traditional medicinal anti caries varnish)had the best insulation effect.Conclusions Insulation and fluorine had the best inhibition effect on the formation of electrochemical artificial caries.
