Revascularized free ilium flap to repair forefoot defect

目的 报道吻合血管的髂骨皮瓣修复前足骨与软组织缺损的手术方法及应用效果。方法 设计带旋髂深血管的髂骨皮瓣修复前足缺损。结果 临床应用 9例 ,8例成活、1例坏死 ,随访 6～ 12mo ,足的负重及行走功能恢复较好。

Objective To evaluate the methods and the clinical effectiveness of forefoot defect repair with revascularized free ilium flap.Methods ilium flap was used by anastmosing circumflex iliaca, deep to repair forefoot defects. Results In 9 cases, the excellent and good is 8 cases, the poor is 1 case. All of the patients were followed for 6 mouths to 1 year. All of the traumatized forefoot reponded normally to support body weight and walk.Conclusions Revascularized free ilium flap is effective and ideal in reconstructing forefoot defect.
