高能射频治疗子宫肌瘤14例临床观察

Clinical observations of radiofrequency treat myoma of uterus

目的 探讨高能射频治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 14例子宫肌瘤患者在B超引导下行射频治疗。结果 治疗结束后B超下可见肌瘤内部回声增强 ,体积缩小 ;治疗后 6个月的随访结果显示 ,肌瘤均比治疗前进一步缩小 ,瘤体内有减弱回声 ;12例月经周期恢复正常 ,月经量减少、贫血等症状明显改善。 2例月经量增多患者症状无明显改变。临床总有效率达 86 %。结论 高能射频治疗子宫肌瘤是一种创伤小。

Objective To investigation the clinical effect of rad io frequency treat myoma of uterus.Methods Fourteen patients with my oma of uterus were treated by radiofrequency.The radiofrequency puncture needle was inserting the center of myoma, and under direct ultrasonographic examinatio n.Results After treated the volume of myoma of uterus was reduced , and they all were slightly hyperechoic with regular edge by ultrasonographic e xamination.Follow-up six months, the volume of the myoma of uterus was more sma ll, and with inhomogenous hypoechoic. 12 patients recover normal menstruation, a nd improve symptom of anemia. 2 patients still have menorrhagia. There were no m ajor complications during procedure.The efficiency of clinic treatment was 86%. Conclusion The radiofrequency treatment of the myoma of uterus wa s a new therapy with little trauma and good clinic effect.
