阴道镜在宫颈病变1725例诊断中的价值

The Value of colposcopy in diagnoses of 1 725 cases of cervical d isease

目的 探讨阴道镜检查的临床诊断价值。方法 对 2 0 0 0年 9月～ 2 0 0 2年 2月本院 172 5例宫颈病变患者的阴道镜检查结果进行分析总结。结果 阴道镜检查 172 5例宫颈病变患者中 ,病理学检查 5 2 1例 ,经病理确诊为宫颈不典型增生 (CINI～Ⅲ级 )的患者 5 8例 ,宫颈原位癌 12例 ,宫颈浸润癌 2 8例 ,宫颈慢性炎 4 2 1例 ,宫颈结核 2例。结论 阴道镜检查对早期发现宫颈癌、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈尖锐湿疣的早期阶段及有无同时合并癌前病变有重要价值。阴道镜下有溃疡图像者应尽量取活检 。

Objective Research on the clinical diagnostic value o f colposcopy.Methods To analyse and summarize 1 725 cases of cervic al disease with the help of colposcopy in our hospital from Sep,2000 to Feb,2002 .Results Of all 1 725 cases, 521 biopsy cases were taken, and thr ough pathological diagnosis we found 58-case cervical intraepithelial neoplasi a(CINI～CINⅢ),12-case carcinoma-in-situ, 28-case invasive carcinoma, 421-c a se chronic cervicitis, 2-case cervical tuberculosis.Conclusion C olposcopy have a improtant diagnostic value in finding early stage carcinoma of cervices, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, early stage of cervical condylonma , and in judging if there is a kind of CIN simultaneously.When ulcer image is di aplayed with the help of colposcopy, biopsy cases should be taken as possible as you can ,in order to find if there is a kind of cancer or other special disease
