化疗对卵巢癌患者免疫功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究化疗对卵巢癌患者细胞免疫功能的影响及其临床意义。方法 应用间接免疫荧光法、MTT比色法、ELISA检测围手术期卵巢患者外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤 (NK)活性及血清可溶性白介素 2受体 (rIL 2R)。结果 卵巢患者PBL中CD3+ 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8+ 均明显低于良性肿瘤组 ,而Tac+ 明显升高 ;化疗后患者CD3+ 、CD4 + 明显降低 ,而rIL 2R、NK活性无明显改变。结论 化疗可使卵巢癌患者细胞免疫功能明显受抑 ,且恢复困难 。
