摘要
目的 将亮蓝与目前常用的亚甲蓝以及其它两种色素一同进行实验研究 ,旨在找出最佳染料 ,从而为临床SLND提供价廉物美的示踪染料。方法 以新西兰大白兔为实验对象 ,分别将浓度为 2 %的亮蓝、果绿、巧克力棕、亚甲基蓝 0 1ml和0 2ml注入大白兔乳头皮下 ,于 1、2、4、8min观察测量局部染色情况以及腋窝淋巴管、淋巴结染色情况。结果 综合局部因素和腋窝因素看 ,亮蓝染色效果最佳。结论 从实验结果看 。
Objective We select three dyes(brilliant blue, fruit gr een and chocolate brown)from food colour and methylene blue as tracer materials to do experiment.The purpose of this research is to find one tracer material usi ng in clinic from the food colour, which is cheap and at the same time very good .Methods The experimental animal is the New Zealand big white rab bit.With 0 1ml or 0 2ml dose, the tracer materials in 2% concentration were se parately injected in the breast of big white rabbit.Then we measure the local co lour size and evaluate the status of axilla(including the lymphatic vessel and l ymph node)after injection 1min?2min?4min and 8min.Results Combi ning the two factors(local colour size and status of axilla), the brilliant blue is the best one.Conclusion The study confirms that the brilliant is the best one of tracer material for SLND.
