注射用磷霉素钠细菌内毒素检查法初探

A Preliminary study on Bacterial Endotoxin Test for Fosfomycin Sodium for Injection

目的 :建立注射用磷霉素钠的细菌内毒素检查法。方法 :根据中国药典 2 0 0 0年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查方法的要求进行实验。结果 :样品经稀释后无干扰作用 ,且与兔法热原检查结果一致。结论 :细菌内毒素检查法可用于注射用磷霉素钠热原检查。

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for fosfomycin sodium for inuection.METHOD:Carrying out the bacterial endotoxin test according to the related standard in Chp2000.Vol.Ⅱ.RESULTS:There was no interference with the bacterial endotoxin test after the sample was diluted. It showed no diference between becterial endotoxin test and pyrogen test. CONCLUSION:It is proved that the bacterial endotoxin test can be used in pyrogen test for fosfomycin sodium for injection.
