摘要
目的 :研究人参皂甙Rg1对力竭运动后小鼠体能恢复的作用 ,并从糖代谢角度探讨其机理。方法 :以小鼠为实验动物 ,测定力竭游泳时间和不同恢复时间点的血糖浓度、肌糖原含量、肝糖原含量及血乳酸浓度。结果 :(1 )人参皂甙Rg1给药组小鼠第二次力竭游泳时间较对照组明显延长。 (2 )力竭游泳后恢复期 ,糖原含量的增加、血乳酸浓度降低比对照组明显加快。结果表明 ,人参皂甙Rg1能促进力竭游泳后体能的恢复 ,其机制可能与其能促进糖原合成及加速乳酸清除有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg 1 on the exercise performance and probe into the potential mechanisms of the effect in the aspect of carbohydrate metabolism during the recovery period after exhaustive swimming in mice. Methods The second exhaustive swimming at 24h after the first exhaustive swimming and the concentrations of plasma glucose and serum lactate, the contents of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen at the different point after the first exhaustive swimming were determined. Results The second exhaustive swimming of ginsenoside Rg 1-treated groups was longer than those of control groups. The increase of the content of glycogen and the decrease of the concentrations of serum lactate of ginsenoside Rg 1-treated groups were higher than those of control groups. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg 1 can improve the physical performance and the effect seems to be related to the acceleration of glycogen synthesis and lactate removal during the recovery period after exhaustive swimming in mice.
