摘要
资金的短缺已成为制约我国高等学校发展的一个非常关键的问题 ,高等学校之间的竞争既是人才、生源的竞争 ,同时也是资金的竞争 ,资金充足才能更多吸引人才、留住人才 。
Shortage of fund has become a very serious bottleneck that obstructs the development of China's colleges and universities Colleges and Universities compete in funding as well as talents and student resources. A college or university can attract and retain talents only if it has sufficient fund. This paper makes a penetrating analysis of how to finance through multiple channels and some recreant issues.
