被动吸烟对怀孕小鼠胚胎发育的影响

The influence of passive smoking on the embryo development of prengnant mice

目的 探讨被动吸烟对怀孕小鼠胚胎发育的影响及量效关系。方法 采用不同吸烟强度 (分别为每日5、10、2 0支 )处理怀孕期小鼠。怀孕 19天解剖孕鼠 ,观察胚胎数目、性别比例、胎重、胎盘重、畸形、死胎及吸收胎等。结果 随着吸烟量的增加 ,被动吸烟孕鼠胚胎总数无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,吸收胎的百分率有增加趋势。胚胎重量和胎盘重量低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,性别比例与对照组相比无显著差别 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,各组中均未发现畸胎。结论 在本实验条件下 ,怀孕期被动吸烟能够阻碍胚胎发育。

Objective To explore the affect of passive smoking on the embryo development of prengnant mice and the quantity-effect relationship as well.Methods The pregnant mice were subjected to different smoking quantity (5?10?20cigarettes/day,respectively). On the 19th day of gestation, all mice were anatomized to observe the number of embryoes, the ratio of gender, the weight of embryo and placenta, the embryo deformation, the dead and absorbed embryo, and etc.Results Along with the increasing of smoking dose There were no obvious difference in total embryo number and in sex ratio between all groups (P>0.05),While an increasing trend of the absorbed embryo percentage was found. The weight of embryo and the weight of placenta of mice in all smoking groups were obvious lower than that in control group(P<0.05). No malformation embryo was found in any groups.Conclusion The passive smoking of pregnant mice could disturb the embryo development under the present conditions.
