为探索经济较发达地区农村的医疗保障制度 ,解决农民“因病致贫、因病返贫”问题 ,对浙江省部分农村的医疗保障现状进行了调查研究。指出 :在浙江农村适合建立以“大病统筹”为主的合作医疗保障形式 ,配合提供免费农村社区卫生服务 ,以提高农民的投保积极性 ;

After investigating and studying the current situation of medical guarantee in some rural areas of Zhejiang province and analyzing the form of cooperative health care plan of different regions, it is found that it is urgent to establishing the rural medical guarantee and the form of 'pooling funds for catastrophic events' is suitable for rural areas in Zhejiang province.
