Changes and Pathological Significance of Oxidatively Modified Low Density Lipoprotein in Patients With Different Types of Coronary Artery Disease

摘要 目的 :观察不同类型冠心病氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白的变化 ,并探讨其病理意义。方法 :75例冠心病患者为冠心病组 (包括急性心肌梗死者 3 0例 ,不稳定性心绞痛者 2 3例 ,稳定性心绞痛者 2 2例 ) ,对照组 3 0例 ,测定两组空腹静脉血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)、丙二醛修饰低密度脂蛋白 (MDA LDL)的浓度。结果 :冠心病组血浆OX LDL、MDA LDL明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 0 1) ,均有显著性差异 ;不稳定性心绞痛者及急性心肌梗死者血浆MDA LDL水平显著高于稳定性心绞痛者 (P <0 0 0 1) ,有极显著性差异 ;稳定性心绞痛者、不稳定性心绞痛者及急性心肌梗死者 3者间血浆OX LDL无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :本文结果提示OX LDL水平增高可能是冠心病的一个生化危险指标 ;MDA LDL水平增高可能是急性冠状动脉综合征斑块不稳定的生化参考指标。 Objective:To observe the changes of modified low density lipoprotein in patients with different types of coronary artery disease and investigate the pathological significance. Methods:Seventy five patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and thirty control subjects were included.Plasma levels of oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX LDL) were measured by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay.Plasma levels of malondialdehyde modifide low density lipoprotein (MDA modified LDL)were studied by chemical assay which determines MDA of LDL. Results:Plasma levels of OX LDL and MDA LDL were significantly higher in patients with CAD than those in subjects without CAD ( p <0.05 and p <0.001,respectively).Plasma levels of MDA modified LDL were significantly higher in patients with acute coronary syndrome than those in individuals with stable CAD ( p <0.001).Plasma levels of OX LDL were not higher in patients with acute coronary syndrome than those in individuals with stable CAD ( p >0.05). Conclusion:Elevated plasma levels of oxidized LDL may be a possible biochemical risk marker for coronary artery disease.Elevated plasma levels of MDA modified LDL may be a possible biochemical marker of plaque instability for acute coronary syndrome.
