脂蛋白(a)、纤维蛋白原、C-反应蛋白升高与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :探讨脂蛋白 (a) [LP(a) ]、纤维蛋白原 (Fig)、C 反应蛋白 (CRP)变化与冠状动脉粥样硬化及其程度间的关系。方法 :应用冠状动脉造影和Gensini积分评价 168例患者的动脉粥样硬化及其程度 ,并用常规方法测定患者血清LP(a)、血浆Fig、血清CRP水平。结果 :①血浆Fig、血清LP(a)、CRP水平随病变支数增加而增高 ;②血清LP(a)、CRP增高患者冠状动脉粥样硬化发生率明显增加 ,有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ;③血浆Fig、血清LP(a)水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化积分呈正相关 ,Pearson相关系数分别为 0 2 66、0 2 61,P均 <0 0 5。结论 :血清LP(a)。 Objective:To investigate the change of serum lipoprotein(a),fibrinogen and C reactive protein and the relationship with coronary atherosclerosis Methods:The serum levels of lipoprotein(a),C reactive protein and plasma fibrinogen were detected in 168 patients The incidence and the severith of coronary atherosclerosis were evaluated by coronary angiography and Gensini's score Results:①Patients with severe coronary atherosclerosis had significant increased serum levels of lipoprotein(a),C reactive protein and plasma fibrinogen ②Patients who had significant elevated lipoprotein(a),C reactive protein serum fibrinogen plasma levels had significantly higher incidence and more severity of coronary atherosclerosis( p <0 001) ③There was a significant positive correlation between Gensini's score and the serum levels of lipoprotein (a) and plasma fibrinogen (γ=0 266?0 261, p <0 05) Conclusion:The elevated levels of lipoprotein(a),fibrinogen and C reactive protein are closely correlated with coronary atherosclerosis and its severity
