摘要
民办高校的办学机制就是在其办学过程中,通过制定制度、设置机构和规定方法等形成的民办高校运作的内在必然性。民办机制的特点是由其非公有制性质和直接面对市场等因素所决定;它的办学机制可以分为办学动力机制、管理运行机制、监督保证机制、信息反馈机制等四个子机制;民办机制有其两面性,在运作民办办学机制时要注意加强党的建设,注意克服急功近利的倾向,注意克服忽视教育质量、轻视教育规律等弊端。
The school running mechanism(SRM)of a non-governmentally-funded university(NFU)is characteristic of its operation system,organizational structure and policy-making due to its non-public ownership and market orientation.The SRM can fall into four sub-mechanisms :schooling motivated mechanism,administration/operation mechanism,supervision assurance mechanism and information feed back mechanism.The SRM has two sides.NFU should strengthen the construction of CPC organizations inside so as to overcome the tendency of seeking immediate advantages,ne-glecting education quality and underestimating education theorems.
