On the establishment of a system against corruption

反腐败 ,制度是根本。我国现行反腐败制度存在不少缺陷 ,影响了反腐败斗争的深入开展 ,必须认真构筑科学高效的反腐败制度体系 ,以严密的监控制度对公职人员“伸手就捉” ,以严厉的处罚制度形成“不敢伸手”的巨大压力 ,以严格的自律制度提高公职人员的素质 。

An appropriate system is fundamental to the movement against corruption. However, China's current anti-corruption system has a lot of drawbacks that will certainly hinder the anti-corruption struggle in a long term. Thus it is necessary to establish a highly effective anti-corruption system in a serious way. In detail, a more strict supervision system will be sure to control the governmental officials when they take bribery; a severe punishment system will be sure to give strong pressure on those like to take bribery; a stern self-disciplined system will be sure to promote the governmental officials' quality; a serious investigation system will be sure to activate the anti-corruption subject.
