缺血再灌注损伤致血管内膜增生的实验研究

摘要 目的 :观察缺血再灌注损伤对家兔颈、股动脉内膜增生的影响 ,尝试建立一种动脉内膜增生的动物模型。方法 :解剖家兔双侧颈、股动脉 ,阻断一侧动脉段约 3cm ,使其缺血 ,4 5min后恢复血流。以对侧动脉段作对照 ,2周后观察动脉横截面内膜及中膜变化。结果 :阻断侧动脉内膜明显增生 ,对照侧内膜无明显变化 ,双侧中膜均无明显变化。结论 :缺血再灌注损伤可以导致家兔颈、股动脉内膜增生 ,本实验方法尚可用作建立动脉内膜增生的动物模型。 Objective: To observe the intimal hyperplasia of rabbit carotid and femoral arteries which was induced by ischaemia reperfusion injury, and to establish a simple animal model of arterial intimal hyperplasia. Methods: Carotid and femoral arteries were isolated bilaterally. A 3cm long section of artery was kept empty by clamping while the opposite part was left patent to be the control. The arteries were harvested 2 weeks later to investigate the intima and the media. Results: Artery intimal hyperplasia took place significantly in clamped sections whereas there is no obvious change in the control ones. Conclusion: Ischaemia reperfusion injury may cause carotid and femoral artery intimal hyperplasia in rabbits,it also can be used as animal model of artery intimal hyperplasia.
