蛋白质的补充对延长运动时间、提高运动能力以及促进疲劳的恢复有重要意义。总结了大量有关蛋白质补充与运动能力的研究 。
Many coaches and athletes begin to appreciate the important relationships between sports performance and protein supplementation with a development of competing sports. Effects of protein supplementation on exercise performance are significantly helpful by prolonging exercise time and increasing exercise ability as well as rehabilitating fatigue, etc. The article concludes a large number of studies on sports performance and protein supplement, and gives some suggestions to coaches and athletes on how to supply protein according to different effects which different kinds of protein (or amino acid) supplementations arouse.
