高等学校实验室建设工作的探讨

高等学校作为人才培养基地在实施我党的“科教兴国战略和可持续发展战略”中起着举足轻重的作用 ,而高校试验室的建设与发展是高校工作的重要环节 ,将直接影响到实验教学和教、科研任务的完成。因校制宜制定出合理的实验室建设规划 ,大力加强实验队伍的建设 ;结合“评估”强化实验室的管理工作 。

The college,as a place of training talented persons is very importa nt in realizing our Party's policy on developing our country with science and ed ucation and sustainable development strategy .At the same time, the laboratory b uilding and developing is a key part in various works of the college, which prod uces a direct influence on experiment teaching and researching. So, according to the reality and situation of the college, the author puts forward three basic viewpoints in laboratory building, they are, designing suitable plans, training high-qualified teachers in experimental work, making all kinds of lab managemen t better. These are the supports of the college laboratory building.
